Diatomaceous Earth (DE) Food grade Research. Goal: To provide a preventative solution of worming/de-worming all animals. Specifically this research will be done on birds. The primary birds that will be researched will be Chukar, Peafowl and Turkeys. Other Game Birds, Chickens, Ducks and Geese will be worked with at a later time if the study proves viable for the top 3 birds. Reason for Research: Internal and external parasites
are a large threat to all animals on this earth. More so if you wish
to eat the animal or
its by products such as the eggs many de-worming products that are effective
have not been tested for detoxify requirements before eating the animal/by-product.
The challenge in de-worming animals is that many times it does not get
done, or the parasites get immune to the chemicals use. The de-worming
of animals is a time consuming and at times difficult if not impossible
chore. The main reason is to find an easier method to maintain good health
rather than treating a illness. IF a viable, inexpensive product such as Fossil Shell Flour that is 100% organic, natural, and keeps the parasites under control, then this product should be in ALL feed created for consumption. What needs to be done: Research that is backed by a University that can make a claim and providing proof that this is a viable option. Until this is done at a University, this study will be privately funded with the help of individual experts that donate time and energy into doing field studies. Where is it being done: Utopia Texas @ the Kuscheltier Ranch, by Andrea McGilvray. Here are some links that will help in doing a research study on a 100% organic non toxic to animals and humans.
